Refunds

You watch the whole video before you pay. Paying for it means you are happy with it, so every sale is final and we do not offer refunds.

If something is not right after you pay, tell us and we will fix it.

A name spelled wrong, photos in the wrong order, a piece of music that is not right for the person: change it in your project and build the video again. You get three free rebuilds after you pay.

If the problem is something we did wrong, that rebuild does not count against your three.

There is a Something’s not right link under your video. It reaches a person, and we answer.

The video you download must play smoothly, start to finish, with no fault of any kind. That is rare, but if it ever happens, tell us and we will build a perfect file and send it to you, as many times as it takes, until you are happy with it.

One thing to know: the video can only be as sharp as the photographs you gave it. A small or blurry photo stays small or blurry in the film. That is not a fault, and a rebuild cannot change it.

If you were ever charged twice for the same video, we return the second charge.

We know you are doing this after a loss, and we are not here to make a hard week harder. If anything about your video is troubling you, email am@tributemontage.com and a person will read it and do what we can to put it right.
