Terms of Service
Tribute Montage Create is a service of Dvideo Inc., 7 Rye Ridge Plz #130, Rye Brook, NY 10573. Last updated: August 21, 2026.
What this service is
Tribute Montage Create lets you make a tribute video yourself. You upload photographs, choose the timing, the look and the music, and our software assembles the video. No editor works on it unless you ask for one separately.
You can watch a watermarked preview before you pay anything. You only pay when you want the full-quality version.
Your photographs stay yours
You keep all rights to the photographs and any other material you upload. We do not claim ownership of them, we do not sell them, and we do not use them to advertise anything without asking you first.
We use them for one thing: making your video, and keeping it available to you. Our staff only look at your material if you ask us for help or if an automated check flags a problem.
What you promise us
That you have the right to use the photographs you upload, and that uploading them does not break anybody else’s rights or the law. You are responsible for the material you put in.
Please do not upload anything unlawful, or anything you would not have the right to share with the family this video is for.
The music
The music in our library is generated by us using licensed AI tools, and we hold the right to include it in the video you buy. It is not composed or performed by a person, and we will never tell you otherwise.
Every track has been checked against YouTube’s copyright database. Even so, we cannot promise that a social network will never place a claim on a video you post publicly. Those platforms make their own decisions. If it happens, tell us and we will help.
You may not extract the music from the video and use it separately.
Your finished video, and how long we keep it
Your video is yours to keep. When you buy it, you get a full-quality file to download. Please download it and keep your own copy. That copy is the permanent one.
We keep it available for one year from the day you pay, so you can come back and download it again. Your account shows the exact date.
Your photographs are not deleted on a schedule, and they are not kept for you either. We hold on to them as long as we reasonably can, as a courtesy. We do not guarantee it, we may remove older material at any time, and we are not responsible if it has gone. Keep your own originals. Never delete your only copy of a photograph because you think we are holding it for you.
Deleting is the part we do guarantee. There is a delete option in your account. It removes your project, your photographs and your videos straight away, and we do not keep a copy.
Hosting is a convenience, not the product. We do our best, but we are not responsible for the loss of files you have not kept your own copy of.
If we ever stop operating
If Tribute Montage Create closes down, we will give you at least 60 days’ notice by email to download anything you still have with us. We would rather say this plainly now than promise you something we cannot guarantee.
Paying, and every sale is final
You pay once, and the price depends on how long your video runs. The price is shown before you pay and does not change afterwards.
You watch the whole video before you pay, so every sale is final and we do not offer refunds. Three rebuilds are free after you pay, and a rebuild caused by a mistake of ours is always free. If the file you download has a fault, we build a perfect one and send it to you. The details are on our refunds page.
What we are responsible for
We do our best to make software that works, but we cannot promise the service will never be unavailable or that a video will never fail to build. If something goes wrong, tell us and we will fix it.
Beyond that, our responsibility to you is limited to the amount you paid us for the video in question. We are not responsible for indirect losses.
Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited.
Accounts
You need an account to save your work. Keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us if you think somebody else has got into your account.
We may suspend an account that is being used to break these terms or the law. If we do that to you and you have paid, you get your money back.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top. Changes apply going forward, not to a video you have already bought. The retention promise made to you at the time you paid is the one we keep, whatever the terms say later.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, and any dispute belongs in the courts of Westchester County, New York.
